On the channel player you will need to make the following Windows modifications -
- In Windows access the Control Panel
- Go to display properties
- Click on the Setting Tab, click on the monitor you will be rotating
- Click on the Advanced button
NOTE: The adapter may be different depending on the graphic cards installed in your system (ex. nVidia, ATI, Matrox, etc.)
- Select the video card tab (usually marked by the manufacturer's icon)
- Locate the Rotation option, tab or button and rotate the display 90 or 270 degrees for portrait mode as needed.
- Click OK, until you return to the Display properties Setting tab.
- Now under Screen resolution, move the slider to the desired resolution.
In AxisTV you will need to make the following changes
- Go to Configure|Channel Player.
- Select the player, and modify the Player Resolution, to the same resolution as the player has been set to.
- Modify the content blocks accordingly
- Then ensure that users select the correct aspect ratio during certain bulletin creations to ensure the content follows the correct orientation.
