With purchase of an SMA you receive the latest version of AxisTV software at no charge. Along with the software, you will receive the latest .pdf version of the AxisTV Comprehensive Manual which contains instructions on how to perform the upgrade. If you wish to have a Visix Helpdesk Specialist perform the upgrade for you, this support is available but is not covered under the SMA. There will be an hourly fee for this service. A PO or Credit Card Authorization is required. If you have questions about upgrading or decide to perform the upgrade yourself and encounter a problem, as and SMA customer you will receive Priority Support which means you can submit a ticket online, via email or phone and will recieve expedited response over requests from customers without an SMA.
