Character Limit on RSS News Bulletins?

    Character Limit on RSS News Bulletins?

    I notice when I use the RSS feed option when I create a News Bulletin that it cuts off the text even though there is still plenty of room on the bulletin (in widescreen aspect).  This is true when I bring in AP News or our own campus news RSS feed.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Or am I just missing a setting?

    It is limited to 512 characters in length.

    Is that a total for all the news pieces (Headline, Brief, Date etc)?  We only have the body text of the Headline, body text of the Brief and the date showing and our totals are around 325 so I wondered if it was counting what isn't displayed in that too?
