AxisTV is RSS 2.0 compliant.

Can you provide more info on this?  Maybe an example RSS file that AxisTV is best setup to read?  I know not all feeds contain the same tags and we publish our own from a website we'd like to use and we can format it anyway we need to in order to make it work with the displays if we know what format is best.

Do you mean the RSS Publisher or the RSS Feed?

For the feed I think....basically when we are pulling IN content from an external feed.  For example, I think by trial I've figured out that since our RSS feed we are generating from another place doesn't have Publish dates, the system gets confused on what to pull in.

We just upgraded to version 7.09                          

The RSS Feeds <pubDate> issue has been addressed and will be oficially released pretty soon in a subsequent release. If you are interested in beta testing it, contact Visix, Inc.

The RSS Feeds expect an <item> element in the format:

<item>
 <title>...</title>
 <link>...</link>
 <description>...</description>
 <pubDate>...</pubDate>
 <source url="...">...</source>
</item>

The ... indicate your values.
