Visix has seen an issue where thumbnails are not displayed on the Now Playing screen on systems where version 7.0.8 is installed on a Content Server running on the Windows Server 2003 platform.

This issue was resolved by adding the MIME type “*, application\octet-stream” to IIS. To add:

- Open Internet Information Services on the Content Server
- Display the Properties of the AxisTV Web site
- Navigate to the HTTP tab and click on MIME Types
- Click New and enter the following:
- Extension: .*
- MIME Type: *, application\octet-stream
- Save the changes

This issue had not been reported before version 7.0.8, and may have been introduced in that version.
